Overview
Problem — Gym members struggle to track their workout progress and often lose motivation because they can't see how far they've come. Gym staff also have no easy way to see which members are at risk of cancelling their membership.
Summary — FitTrack is a mobile-first gym membership app that lets members log workouts, track progress over time, and book classes, while giving gym staff visibility into member engagement and retention risk.
